Pack Your Gear

Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

Label and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
